The cylinder slides free if the all the pins are aligned correctly, so I would recommend to add some kind of restrainer to prevent the cylinder from sliding out.

I would recommend placing the bed a bit closer (paper thickness + slight friction) to the nozzle so both sides of the lock look nice.

The lock works best/smoothest when both the cylinder and the cylinder holder are exactly aligned. You can do this by pushing them flat on a flat surface.

TODO:

• Add a mover thingy and retainers to ensure that the cylinder stays in place.
• Add some kind of arm that the key moves when its unlocked.

Instructions:

1. Print The Key (Key.stl)
2. Print The Lock Cylinder (Cylinder.stl)
3. Print The Outside Housing (CylinderHolder.stl)
4. Print Three of the Locking Pins (3XLockPin.stl)
5. Print Each one of the pins (PinA.stl, PinB.stl, PinC.stl)
6. Sandpaper the outside of the Lock Cylinder and the inside of the cylinder Housing.
7. When both of these pieces fit snug together proceed to assembly.

Assembly:

1. Align all the pins to the key. (Biggest Pin to smallest groove and vice versa)
2. Place all the pins in the correct order into the cylinder.
3. Ensure that they all lay flat when the key is inserted (View image).
4. Remove the key slowly and insert the cylinder with the pins into the cylinder holder.
5. Insert the last 3 big locking pins into the cylinder holder.
6. Assure everything is lined up and flush with each other.
7. The lock should now work correctly.

Known Issues:
Trouble inserting or removing the key: Ensure that both cylinders are flat together.
Pins are getting stuck: Sand the pin slots/holes.
