These connectors are really useful to plug/un-plug your BLDC motor to your ESC.
Once you mounted them right : No need to care for plug orientation : the phase order will ALWAYS be right :).
Suitable for banana-plugs, covered with heat-shrink tube. I advise to glue plugs in the prisms/triangles connectors.
