UPDATE: I upload a new set of gears, with ratio 2.66, (gear without subfix has a ratio of 3.44) easy to print and recomended if you don't need to go over 360º of needle rotation.

Generic Gauge for use in panel of GA Flight Simulators.
It's need 1 servos of 9gr. like SG90, and will be conected to the PC with the flight simulator via OpenCockpits Servo Board, a Arduino or similar system.

It's design in a way that a normal 90º servo movement make more that 300º so in function of the servo and the controller you can get even more that a complete turn of the needle.

You need several 4 M3 screws and nuts for fix the pieces and the instrument to the panel.

I include 3 kinds of bezel and 3 kinds for gauges, so you can make several diferent instrument.
There is also a "ring" and "separator" elements in case you want to mount behind of the panel and want to use a piece of transparent plastic as glass.

For the gauge, in function of the quality of your printer and PLA material, you need to use one option or other.
