I built module holders for the following three pineboard Hat's for my 10 inch rack.
https://pineboards.io

HatNET! 2.5G (2.5 Gigabit Ethernet) for Raspberry Pi 5
https://pineboards.io/products/hatnet-2-5g-2-5-gigabit-ethernet-for-raspberry-pi-5

Hat AI! Dual Edge Coral TPU Bundle for Raspberry Pi 5

HatDrive! Bottom (NVMe 2230, 2242, 2280 GEN 3) for Raspberry Pi 5

I used this model from alexsporn as the basis for the module holders

Since the additional boards have different dimensions, I have adjusted the position of the IO port outlets here. Furthermore, the screw holes were countersunk.

The support frame had to be adapted to the corresponding additional board and shortened on the Raspberry Pi side.

The front panel was expanded for power supply via USB-C and the Raspberry Pi receives the necessary power with the help of a UCS-C angle cable.

The cooling slots on the front have been completely removed, as the cooling on the back takes place vertically.

The empty front panels have been redesigned with different logos.

For the 10" frame I adapted this model by Yury Komarov
https://www.printables.com/de/model/704432-mp-1-rack-10-inch-2u

The model was reinforced slightly towards the back and the holes were adapted for M6 screws.

You will find the following versions:
for M.2 please use: M.2_Frame.stl for Raspberri Pi5 Mount and Front_Panel_Blank.stl. If you need front USB-C Support use: M.2_USC-C_Front_Panel.stl

for Coral AI please use: Coral_AI_Frame.stl for Raspberri Pi5 Mount and Front_Panel_Blank.stl. If you need front USB-C Support use: Coral_AI_USB-C_Front_Panel.stl

For the USB-C Port I used this cable https://www.amazon.de/dp/B08HS6VXNG

for 2.5Gbit please use: 2.5Gbit_Frame.stl for Raspberri Pi5 Mount and 2.5GBit_Basic_Front_Panel.stl. If you need front USB-C Support use: 2.5Gbit_USB-C_Front_Panel.stl

For blank front paneles with no Pi-mount use:
Front_Panel_Blank.stl
Front_Panel_Blank_RaspberryPI_Logo.stl
Front_Panel_Blank_TUX.stl
