We thought we had 24mm motors. Turns out we had 23mm motors, which meant different screw holes and a slightly different shape at the front. We also had to shorten the gear that is attached to the motor itself.

Interestingly, when we stick 13 volts on it, it doesn't explode or melt. It just spins Very fast.
