After upgrading to an aFe Cat-Back Exhaust on my 2023 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss, I discovered I had an exhaust leak coming from the flange where the new exhaust attaches to the catalytic converter. I re-used the factory gasket, when I should have replaced it. I ordered a generic 3" graphite crush gasket only to discover that the flange bolts are more widely spread than the generic ones you can purchase off of eBay or Amazon. I caved and purchased the actual GM part (#84407373) required for this application.
I thought it would be helpful to provide a 3D model (as a template) of the gasket shape, so others can make their own using some approved high temperature gasket material (such as Fel-Pro 3009), rather than having to order the GM specific gasket
