I tried to print the holders from matrixFLYER, but they are not designed for use with t-nuts. The T-nut rested against the protrusion of the model and did not allow to completely pull the holder to the guide. I decided to measure the detail and completely draw it in the program. The lower part I left unchanged, as a guide. Higher it is not, so that the t-nut does not rest on the model. It turned out great!
Warning!
The model needs to be printed only from ABS plastic! LEDs 3050 are heated more than 80 degrees! This deforms the PLA plastic.
I'll try to figure out how to remove heat from the LEDs. Perhaps I will improve the model.
