Summary

The official Christmas ornament of 2020. A massive dumpster fire. This is technically not a remix. It was fashioned after others' ideas (but completely redone from scratch). The other versions of this I found would not print without supports.

I modeled the dumpster so that all of the details have a 45 degree angle leading up to them, printing wonderfully on an Ender or Chiron with zero supports.

There are flames versions 1,2,3. I printed #1 and #3 in orange and #2 in red. There's a TINY little number marking on the side leg indicating 1, 2, 3 in case they get mixed up. All that really matters is that #2 has a hole in the middle of it for a string / hanger. The entire ornament balances nicely that way.

I made the 2020 as a white layer with pegs. The pegs fit fairly easily into the front of the dumpster where I took a lighter and melted the pegs down (then flattened them with a putty knife). It's like a built-in rivet.

HANGING:
The middle fire (fire #2) has a tiny hole in the center where a piece of string or a hook can attach. The hole in the back of the dumpster is optional if you want to stick in a twinkling light and give the fire some illumination.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER:
Don't use an open flame or anything hot to solder in the pegs. Don't hang this on a tree with lights, as the heat could melt the plastic. Don't hang it on a hook or above any objects, as it could fall and injure someone. It's sad, but I feel the need to add some disclaimers so that 2020 doesn't end in lawsuits.
