A remix of BONELOC's trunk hook for the Accord, this design is tailored to the radically different Civic 2016.
It's recommended that you print this with something flexible like ABS or PET. I use PET+ for its high glass transition temperature, strength, and its resistance to warping. PLA might work but since the holding pins have to be bent in order to snap in to place and PLA is so brittle it might break. Anything with a low glass transition temperature is more likely to break over time.
The "more round" version has more rounded edges since the original is barely rounded, this might be the better option.
::UPDATE::
The rounded version turned out great but moves a bit too freely. I've used my caliper to measure the opening and it came out at 29.86. I've uploaded a new version that's 29.8mm thick that will hopefully fit and not be loose.

Finally got around to updating this after a friend asked for one. Not sure how well it works yet but I've learned a lot about design since my first attempt at this so mechanically it should be better though the sizing may still be off.
I made the walls on the arms that attach to the trunk a bit more thin and also hollowed them out to hopefully make it more flexible for better installation without sacrificing strength. If you have decent bridging there are no supports needed. I also hollowed out the center of the model to reduce material used and make it look nicer, this shouldn't affect strength either. Lastly I made the CivicX logo a bit deeper.

Small update. Made the arms just a bit more stiff for strength and narrowed the gap the hold on to the metal lip for reduced movement.
