Short Intake for 2010 Subaru STI. Utilizes factory tubing, etc. Requires an air filter, and a fabricated bracket of your choice. The air foil and MAF tubing area was made to be exactly the same shape as inside the factory air box for accurate metering. Should be printed in ABS and vapor treated if possible for maximum strength / heat resistance. I have had one on my car for almost a year in Indiana with no issues of warping / breaking.
To install, remove your air box, install the short intake with filter. Remove the MAF sensor from your factory air box and install in the short intake. Fabricate a bracket to go from the mounting hole of the factory air box up to the tab on the side of the intake tube and bolt it in with the factory hardware, plus another nut/bolt/lock-washers from your stash / hardware store.
