My friend's 2010 Mercury Mountaineer key broke, so I designed a new outer shell to fit over the remaining part of the key handle. It turned out pretty well overall. The design uses two posts to snap the top and bottom halves together, though those posts might need some cleanup to ensure a perfect fit.
