I recently needed to replace the throttle tube on my DR200SE and decided to use this as a practical design/fit trial for fusion as well as my new printer becaues I didn't want to wait for a part to come in. The tube fits on the 7/8" (22.3mm) handlebars well and should be flush with the bar end in stock configuration. The new grip will go on once I print it in PETG for a little more durability outdoors. I will update the print settings once I get to that point.
I originally printed the tube vertically but I think horizontally would be preferrable do to a better strength axis.
