These are a pair of tools for the 2002 to 2007 Subaru WRX top mounted injectors electrical plug.
The tool this plug is designed to work with is the top feed plug C seen at Iwire here:

Over time the electrical plugs that connect to the injectors become brittle over time and break. The solution to avoid breaking a connector is to come from the bottom (instead of pressing on the release latch) and pushing the clip out manually. This is doable for the front two injectors, however the rear two are very difficult to see.
These tools are designed to slide to use on the driver side and passenger side. Each tool has a long handle/protrusion you can use to get the tool in place. Note you will most likely need to use the correct tool for the correct side as there isn't a lot of space between the injector and the engine.
Once in place you will need a more rigid tool (such as a screw driver) to push on the center of the exposed part of the tool to seat the tool all the way in. Once it is seated the harness plug will easily pull off.
IPT's are attached for modification.
