As I needed some dummy drives for CAD purpose, I made them.
For the 3.5" HDD, height is based on WD Red drives 26.1mm. But the standard allow as far as 42mm height
For 2.5" HDD 15mm is approximately the height available in laptops.
For 2.5" SSD could go from 5mm to 15mm (as hdd) but 7mm is a usual value.
Holes are placed according to the official documentations of each drives, and should be accurate.
Note that some 2.5" drives doesn't have the bottom screw holes, as they are facultative with low profile ones.
For 3.5" drives, they should have at least 2 pairs of holes at the bottom, as only the closest to the connector are mandatory, then each manufacturer can choose to have the 3 pairs or only one of the two remaining pairs.
Connectors should be approximately in place but not guaranteed.
Not intended to be printed.
