Summary

2.5" HDD holder for 9.5mm drives based on the design of BrookTrout's 3.5" HDD holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2806248).

I like his 3.5" HDD holder and wanted the same for my 2.5" drives so I remixed it to fit these drives.

If you put in the drives with the connector facing up (like in the photos), the drives should be held nice and tight. You have to use a little force to get them in and out, this is how it's supposed to be.

If you put in the drives with the connector facing down they sit looser in the holder. How much looser depends on the manufacturer of the HDD, my Seagate drives are being held almost perfectly while my Toshiba drives are much looser (they tend to lean forward a bit). That's why I prefer to put all of my drives in the holder with the connector facing up, this way all drives are being held equally.

You have a selection of printing this HDD holder with 4, 6, 8 or 10 slots.
