The file '2½” Dust Collection Hose Hanger (two Variations) 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 24.2KB.
Just as the title says, this is a hanger for 2½" dust collection hose for power tools (table saw, band saw, etc.). A channel for a zip tie is provided to secure the hose to the hanger.
Print this with the back plate facing down. The hook portion is a significant overhang, so you will need supports. I went with Tree type. Support is also used for the hole that allows the zip tie to pass from the underside of the hook to the top of the hose.
After printing, you will need to dig a small amount of support material out of the zip tie channel where the hook meets the back plate. I used a combination of slot-type mini screwdriver and X-Acto knife to accomplish this.
The screw holes are 4.5mm in diameter with an 8mm diameter 82° countersink, suitable for #8 drywall screw or similar. I mounted mine to OSB. You will need to work out what you'll need as far as anchors, etc., if attaching to another wall material.
I used 20% Gyroid infill for my print, but you don't have to. Just be sure to use a type and percentage that can provide some strength and stability. Dust collection hose isn't particularly heavy, but every shop sees tugs and bumps, and this is a structural part.
Designed by me in TinkerCAD. Not derived from any other design.
EDIT: Added a reinforced version.
