I wanted some wheel/tire spools for my 1Up bike rack so that I could quickly add them for putting my kids bikes on the rack. These have worked perfectly for me.
V1 has a 8mm hole and V2 has a 8.5mm hole.
I found that with my printer the hole was a little too tight with V1, requiring post print tweaks.
You will need to get some bolts from the hardware store and some nuts.
I got the bolts and drilled a small hole for inserting pins to make the whole process as easy as possible.
I used TPU which worked perfectly. That stuff will not break like other filament materials. You can try using PLA etc. but your mileage may vary.
