A remix of ttsgeb's Honda Insight A-Pillar clip repairs. I have added the tab that accepts the locating clips (both left and right) and have made two separate versions of the metal-clip tab. Use the "Metal Clip Windshield" stl to repair the three clips along the windsheild -- these will be along the section of the a-pillar that is covered in black vinyl. Use the "Metal Clip Roof" to repair the remaining five tabs on the roof part of the a-pillar.
Print in ABS. ASA may also work, but I don't have any experience cementing stock ABS to printed ASA.
To repair, carefully sand/trim the damaged tabs down flat down to the inside face of the a-pillar. Rough up the surrounding area with sandpaper to promote better adhesion. Clean with alcohol. Do not clean with any ABS cleaner or acetone -- I did this on my and it created a very slight warp in my a-pillar. Glue with Medium ABS Cement (which can be found in hardware stores).
