Z Axis motor mount for 19mm alu square tubing. This is for people using 19mm or 3/4" aluminum square tubing to build their Smartrap Core. This is based on Djinn's Heavy Duty Threaded Z part.

Print this then print the top idler and Z sled. Rods as per your calculated value for the build height you've picked. To mount this onto the aluminum tubing there are two counter bored holes for some M4x60 bolts. Use M4 washers if possible. Use the part as a guide to mark your holes then drill and tap the holes into the alu square tubing. 1/8 drill bit works well to tap alu. A small tap with a punch helps align your drill bit on your mark.

Okay after actually installing these I need to update the install instructions a bit. First once you get the part aligned on the alu tube. Just use your 1/8 drill bit to drill down the hole of the part into the tube. That ensures great alignment. Tap as before. Also use an M4x50 bolt not 60 as it is too long. Other than that it works great! I will upload some additional build photos soon.
