1991 Buick Skylark front license plate mount. I made this after the OEM front license plate holder broke. The holes on the bumper are too wide to screw the license plate into and are too close to the license plate holes to drill new ones. so I made this spacer/adapter. it should work with the OEM screws. I designed it to be as minimalistic as possible, unlike all the bulky ones you can buy on eBay. it's not perfect (because the way the bumper is contoured makes it hard to model without a 3D scanner) but it works and looks better than the OEM ones.
