Chain guide for a 1988 Suzuki DR 750 Big. Designed using reference photos and measurements from an existing guide.
I printed on its side to make it stronger in the vertical axis.
I've added a v2 which has been reinforced on the single bolt side of the guide as it was found to be a weak point. Looks to have rectified the problem as the bike has done 500+kms and it still hasn't broken.
