These seem to be missing on a ton of these older pickups and cost a ridiculous amount for an original. I know the design is a bit more flat than the original but I think the flat look comes out better as a 3d print. Printed to kinda be a press in fit in the steering wheel so its easy to pop out but if you wanted it to stay even more you could glue it.
Printed just flat on the print bed of my Bambu lab P1S in the PLA I bought to match the light tan interior. I printed it so the bed texture would face into the steering wheel. The Toyota logo is as close as I could get it with my minimal 3d design skills haha.
