Summary

It's a beast. No more words needed for a 1964 Porsche 904 GT!

My build was done on a desktop cnc-machine by Stepcraft using a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute. I used 6 mm beech plywood and stained the tires. For the first time I used ball bearing and bolts for perfect tire action.

A laser cutter might be a good alternative tool to build this model. Consider that some sophisticated parts need a certain size and/or material to be strong enough.
