Summary

This is my second attempt for a simplified car model. Like the Ford Mustang this Ford Model A is made from several layers of plywood, glued together.

My build was done on a desktop cnc-machine by Stepcraft using a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute. I used 6 mm beech plywood and 6 mm beech rods for the the axles. I added a little bit of grease to improve the rotation, washers give the tires (darkened with wood stained) a proper displacement.

A laser cutter might be a good alternative tool to build this model. Consider that some sophisticated parts need a certain size and/or material to be strong enough.

Keep in mind, that the stl is for viewing purpose only. Don not print this design on a fdm-printer.
