Summary

I made this for a Vocaloid Cosplay.

You will need 8 springs and 6 screws for the finished thing.
The srews i used were 2.9x16mm, i put some eva inside the mirophone to keep the screws in place.

I'd recommend printing the ring as one complete piece but if you have to slice it, make sure the cuts for front and back on the ring do not overlap or it might not be stable enough.

The hole in the foot and the connector of the ring is 20mm. the easiest and cheapest solution for the rod is to buy a pvc pipe at the hardware store.
I wouldn't use wood since it has become ultra expensive and most const won't et you in with a massive wood piece like that.
