Based off the minecart found at the wonderful Phoenix Trolley Museum, based in Phoenix, Arizona.
I've put this together because it is difficult to find this variety of minecart in miniature scales, as they're mostly found in specific types of mines in the Southwestern part of the US. (Examples of similar carts can be found in Bisbee, Globe, and Jerome)
There are two different models included. One is at full detail, the other is a bit simplified, with portions thickened for easier printing at smaller scales. Both models are at full size, so you can scale them yourself in your slicing software.
