On Thingiverse I could't find a 18650 charger on tp4056 with microUSB with minimalist design. You can use this model. I use a me4057 instead tp4056, it is compatible. You must arrange led on one line. This model adjustes for two 18650 holder are glued together. I use for it epoxy.
