Summary

NEW V4, NOW UNIVERSAL!!

It has been designed for a 15mm axle and 110mm space. Used with a RockShox SID Select+ 2020 Torque cap compatible (THIS IS IMPORTANT). The skewer must be inserted to secure the bike.
I have been using it for months, don't be worried, it is much stronger than it looks.

IMPORTANT: As you can appreciate in the photos, my fork is "TORQUE CAP COMPATIBLE", so the contact zone between the hubs end cap and the fork can be as wide as 31mm. Normal hub axles are 21mm (without the torque cap conversion kit), I don't know if my mount is valid for FOX forks or RS forks before this "TORQUE CAP" thing.

The outer diameter of the mount is 25mm, if your fork cannot handle anything above 21mm (the normal outer diameter of the front wheel hubs), this mount is not valid for your fork. I can mod the print to make a 21mm zone if you wish.

I have also added the Fusion360 file (.f3d).

The exact inner diameter for the axle is 15,5mm, I've had problems with tighter values.

NEW V3 It's tougher and easier to print. I have printed mine in PETG for better layer adhesion, I have not had problems with overhangs, you should not have them either.

NOTE This mount is intended for home use, not to carry the bike in the car, I would NOT trust a 3D printed fork mount made of plastic, better buy a steel or aluminum fork mount.
