This is a 1590BB-sized enclosure designed for a guitar pedal, but would work with other electronics. The big thing is that there are no screw holes; it just snaps together. There are three pieces with ridges or slots that adjoin with one another.
I made this to both have at least some visual appeal, but also so that I wouldn't have to align screws or mess with drilling. I used a 1mm nozzle to print; I'm not sure if it'll work with a smaller nozzle as the pieces may end up smaller.
