I made this to redirect the heat from my PC during Elden Ring to outside my window, with a 4 inch hose (I used the 4" Everbilt hose from Home Depot $14)
No special tools needed, just retrofit this on top of whatever 140mm grill you have. The housing is mostly just countersink so it only takes 1mm of extra screw distance to use, so you can just use your existing screws.
Wiggle the hose in (may be a tight fit). Tape the hose on top of the housing and move the hose to wherever you want.
