probably a bit over scaled for 1:400 but using this in conjuction with some of the awesome 1:400 designs on thingiverse is lots of fun.
laundry room is seperated to give layout options you may want to have a drive through underneath or some other function between the suites,
the top and bottom parts make it easier to add windows and doors or internal features
(i added the pool file and a roof top sign base as a bit off fun),
