Nuts, bolts, and washers done up from scratch in a metric STL file. Meant to be interchangeable with standard (not metric) SAE nuts and bolts I had on hand. The bolt is about .4mm smaller diameter than 1/4". And the nut is about .4mm larger, providing a snug fit that can be hand-tightened on either the steel or plastic bolt. I also wanted a Phillips head.
The 7/16" hex heads came out slightly larger than comparable steel ones, when printed. But they are still under 7/16" And they fit in my hex sockets with the expected backlash.
