HoseAdapt127.stl is printable without any supports because a support structure that can easily be removed is already modeled into the .stl file. However, using a Brim is recommended. Please use a high resolution!
The fittings you print are likely not going to be entirely water-tight. For this reason, I used rubber gaskets of size 11mm x 2.5mm, which fit well.
