I tried printing the original .stl and couldn't easily remove the supports because of the passage through the nasal cavities. I imported the original file to Blender, blocked the nasal cavities, and gave the model a base. It's a little uglier than the original, but if you print it with “supports everywhere” you can somewhat easily remove the supports.
