The electron rocket is a small sat launcher and is the first orbital rocket to use fully 3d printed engines it is also the worlds first fully carbon fibre orbital rocket, it is known for its precise orbit capabilities it is also the first orbital rocket to fly from a private launch pad. this is a 1/30th scale of the rocket lab electron rocket. i printed the rocket at 0.2mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle but I printed the second stage engine at 0.16mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle with 100% infill.
to connect the rocket together once printed i would recommend using super glue but DO NOT GLUE THE SECOND STAGE TO THE FIRST STAGE.

Ares 1: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4775710
coming soon: SLS, starship, Falcon 9, Atlas V, Delta IV, New Glenn, mercury/Atlas, Ares 1, Ares 5, black arrow (UK rocket), falcon 1, delta 2, delta 3 and Vulcan.
NOTE: I am constantly updating the design so its good to check every few days.
Recent update: I have changed the first stage engines so they are more realistic and print better so instead of printing it as a whole you now have to print the nozzles and the engine section separate.
I will have the pictures of the printed model in a few days as I have very limited time to print in my current situation.
