This is a shell pouch for shotgun Trap & Skeet shooting. Instead of dumping all your shells into a pouch (and having to buy a pouch), I created this Thing so I could place the box straight to my hip. Only a 12ga option at the moment, if a success, I'll create the 20ga version.
Attached are three files, one with just the box that you can print however you'd like. The second file is with built-in, sacrificial supports to support the larger structure while printing at a 45deg angle. You WILL still need to turn on supports for this file. The third one has beefier edges and some extra chamfers to be more structurally sound. (I wanted to make one of these with extra ABS I had laying around but the layer adhesion was too bad).
The weak spot is going to be the belt clip and breaking along the layer lines so for optimal strength print at a 45 degree angle if you can, otherwise print with the clip parallel to the ground, only recommend printing the reinforced version vertical if you have to.
Print with 12 walls and/or 100% infill.
