The file '1:22 Scale Apollo Capsule And Escape System 3D Printer Model' is (FCStd,stl) file type, size is 12.7MB.
This model was created as part of a large 1:22 scale model of the Saturn IB and is designed to be flown. It also makes a good display piece.
In addition to the parts shown here, you also need a small section (6 7/8") of 29 mm cardboard body tube, such as sold by Apogee Components. You could replace that with a 3D printed piece, but as I mentioned this was meant to be flown.
You will need 1 of each piece, except the LES nozzle (4), and the shoulder (2). The shoulders allow you to attach the pieces to the body tube.
The assembly order, from the top:
Q Ball
Booster
Shoulder
Body tube
Shoulder
LES Base
4x LES Nozzle
LES Tower
Command Module

The following videos also talk about the build in general, and the Command Module and Launch Escape System designs.

Update: 14/11/2018
Updated the shoulder piece used to connect the booster and base to the 29 mm body tube. The thin wall of the plug broke when the nose fell over, so I made it solid.
Update 02/06/2020
An observant user noticed the struts on the LES tower were incorrect. This has now been fixed.
Update 09/07/2020
In the process of updating the struts, and error was discovered in the LES Tower macro that caused the lowest struts to be at the wrong angle. This has been corrected.
