This is a simple 120mm angled fan mount. I use to build these using old fans to better direct the fans airflow inside the computer. This particular fan mount cannot be used on a water cooling radiator due to the nature of the angling of the fan mount. You will require to print 2 of these and then glue them together. You will not be able to align the mounting holes together. Make sure you offset the mounting holes when gluing. See attached images.
