I wanted a stronger, nicer looking fan mount for use with the Modular Mounting System by yyh1002 and this was one of my very first designs from scratch in Fusion 360.
Originally designed to fit an EK Vardar 120mm fan but I enlarged the holes slightly and it fits every 120mm I had available.
I printed on its' side at .2 layer height on my Prusa i3 MK2S with 20% infill and auto supports.
