This is a protective case to suit the commonly available “1200W" 20A DC Boost (step-up) Power Supply Modules (8-60V input, 12-83V output - example). It should also fit the “1800W” variant, but this is unconfirmed.
This is being used to supply a Starlink Gen3 router and dishy with 57V running from a 12V source.
I printed this in PETG (as it was what I had on hand at the time). Should not require supports (I printed as is).
Fixings:
The nuts should fit in the slots in the bottom section of the case. It can be a little awkward to get them in the correct orientation. They are a relatively close fit.
(20/08/2024) Added 36mm deep version for those with higher power units with toroids up to 35mm tall
