From similar project in current workspace.

Designed in FreeCAD GNU LGPL as of 3/15/2024

ASSEMBLY:
1) Print .STL Clip Set
2) Choose appropriate length S40 pipe for project (Recommend 4" to 18" range)
3) Assemble by screwing pipe into clip radial openings
4) Vertical placement of pipes allowing pipe to "slide" on rail for custom placement.
5) Choose appropriate wood slat to go between for shelving and secure with "U" bracket.
6)Assemble piping together for custom shelf.

Print at additional %2 scaling due to cooling effect with PLA filament post printing to ensure piping can perform screw action

HARDWARE
(4x) S40 Pipe (Vertical Support Arm)
(2x) Lateral S40 pipe for shelving support

INFILL: %10

LOAD RATING: Experimental! Currently applied with distributed load at 5lbs/foot. Not to exceed this with %10 infill!!! Print and install at your own discretion as this is a baseline that currently works for a different organizational application and will apply separately per personal use.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

A)DO NOT Cantilever load as there is no enclosed area to protect major bending moment

Please see Section 7.8.3 from supported text

B)No additional hardware necessary assuming static placement. The 15mmx15mm inset should allow for a tight tolerance and stay in place assuming no major bending moment or lateral forces against assembly with the square tubing
