My Lee Load-All does not put any taper on completed shells. I decided to experiment with a taper crimp just for easier loading into the shotgun. This crimp doesn't make the shells any prettier, but it does put a small taper to the end. It does make a difference between a jammed shell and a loaded shell with my Stoeger M3500
Print the crimp with supports (doesn't matter which way up). Put it in the last stage of your Load-All AFTER you have already completed the crimp. Don't crush your shell when tapering. It only goes down 1/8 inch or so. Print in clear PETG and it will help you visualize.
