Stage prop. replacement blade for the cheap $2 comb switchblades. Separate the comb from the back metal spline with pliers and your fingers. Cut the plastic comb out just a mm or so below the locking hole in the spline. Slip this into place and superglue. Paint or use aluminum tape.
Works well. Make several as the combs are cheap and will break.
