This is a remix of GJTeisman's U.S. Army ConEx box — the Vietnam war original container found on 3DWarehouse (https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/by/GJTeisman). The original model was simplified and reworked to make it printable and then rescaled to 1/100.
The CONEX box shipping container was a mainstay of US Army logistics in Vietnam. Once delivered to their destination, they were typically used for storage or accommodation (preferably covered with sandbags). The model can, of course, also be used as truck cargo.
Note: I have left the lifting eyes on t these will only print at scales larger than 1/100.
The model is scaled at 1/100 and prints fine down to 1/144 at least.
