I converted my old 1/10th scale RC street racer to electric and really wanted to run it off-road...enter the 3D printer! Simply print the wheel out of rigid plastic (i.e. PLA, ABS, Nylon) and the tire out of flexible, press together and go.
Caution: these wheels/tires are no where near as strong as their commercial counterparts. Use only at low speed and with great care!
