Summary

This 100 pieces battery holder was designed to be able to be printed on small bed sizes.
Please note that the pieces are tight fit so your printer must be calibrated properly not overextruding (my printer is probably overextruding just a little bit too but it is not noticeable and all parts are tightly assembled).

The battery holder was designed so that it can fit 18650 batterys of maximum absolute dimensions:
Possitive side thickness: 19.0mm
Negative side thickness: 18.7mm
Battery Length: 65.5mm
Nickel Strip: 8mm wide

I print on raft for better adhesion to the bed and supports for the small bridges on the bottom side of each part.

Just print:

  • Base part 4 times and they all assemble to one big base (Tight fit)
  • Spacers 16 pieces.
  • Top part 4 times and assemble them all together to make one big top holder
    (it's different from the base since my batteries were 0.3mm thicker on the possitive side)

You will also need 32 wood screws 3.5mm thick and 25mm long for the assembly between the spacers and the top and bottom base.
