EDIT - After some use the grooves in the body handle pinched my fingers. I added 'BODY HANDLE v2' without the grooves. I would recommend using v2.
Handle for 10mL B-D Syringe. I needed to dispense solder paste on a bunch of boards with a QFP-64, no time to wait for stencil. The small nozzle requred made it difficult to squeeze the syringe.
Marking on plunger: C-199
Diameter of syringe body: 0.64"
Support is required for the plunger handle. The flange on the top of the plunger should be a tight fit with the slot on the handle, once you press it through the slot it should snap in and be free to rotate.
I printed with:
.3mm layers
1.5mm walls
1.0mm top and bottom
25% infill
Line support touching buildplate 15% fill
Cura
Solid files are included in .zip folder.
