I tried looking for a 100ft (or 30,5m) 16mm film daylight spool design online but couldn't find one, so I decided to make one myself using measurements of a real one. This spool can be used in 16mm cameras like the Bolex H16 and Krasnogorsk 3.
The primary issue with this design is the supports. You probably need support to print this but the support will be placed inside of the spool where it is quite hard to remove. I have to do some further testing with and without support to see if I can get a better result.
To get the spool to be light tight you might need to use some spray paint or tape to cover holes that stem from hard edges in the print.
I also included a .step file along with the stl to allow for easier editing.
