Finally, custom header fabrication is easy to do with the help of your 3d printer. No more spending over 4 figures for a plastic snap kit you might use once or twice.
Tube bends snap together for ease of customization when laying out a new header or exhaust design for your next motorized project.
Tubes have bend radius printed on sides for ease of identification, I also printed the different bends in different colours to help identify the different types.
Each bend block is equivalent to a 22.5deg pc.. So 4 pcs will give you a perfect 90deg bend.
They also have angle location marks/notches every 30 deg to help keep track of your compound bends, and make it easy to re assemble and mark once you start tacking with real stainless or steel piping.
This kit package comes with 1.625 Diameter tubes with centerline bend radius of 2", 2.5", 3" and 4", 1" straight, and a 1" straight with closed end for mounting to a header plate.
I have also included the die templates so you can make the holding jig and accurately cut the tubes on a band saw.
The inserts can be printed, but it is recommended to make the base plate and pivot pin out of metal.
This is my v3 style of this snap kit, and the snap fit works fantastic when printed on my zortrax M200. I spend a few weeks printing samples and revisions until I got the fit perfect, and the overall kit just as what I needed.
I am also working on 1.75" and 2.00" diameter snap kits, that use the same internal snap size, so you can snap together any of the different pipe diameters together..
I also have some nice 2.5" dia bends and straights for easy going exhaust layout and planning. "Coming soon" :)

I have now added 2.25CLR 22.5deg part to match the Vibrant mandrel bend parts
Specifically the Vibrant #2602 U-J Bend.
As well as a 0.5" and 2" long straights
I will soon add a 1.625" CRL to match the Vibrant 2621 90 U bend
