adjustable guide bars for table saw
and other similar applications
adjustable for rails width 18-20mm
designed for my Bosch GTS 635-216 which has 19mm.
250mm long - fits diagonal on a 200x200 printing bed
endless extendable in 50mm steps - 5 times 50mm segment
to adust slide upper and lower part in long direction against each other
to fix postion every segment can be tightened with a M3*8 button head screw and a M3 safety nut.
to extend I recommend an overlap of 2 or 3 segments between the upper and lower part
UPDATE 09.07.2020:
new version V4 with hole and sink for 3mm flat head screw in every segment in lower part through longhole in upper part to fix adjusted guide bar to anything.
